oPre-VENT 14-19 and Bridgend CBC through the 14-19 Annual Network Development Plan will be offering a contract to an organisation/group that must be able to provide a programme of learning opportunities that will be specific for 14-19 years, in particular school referrals; classed as NEET or potential NEET in and around the area of Bridgend. oSpecifically the successful organisation(s) will need to demonstrate how they will deliver accredited vocational courses in catering, construction and public services including meeting the needs of the client group i.e. potential and actual NEETs (including strategic priorities and principles). The provision will lead to a nationally accredited qualification programme (e.g. BTEC Diploma) in catering, construction and public services. The programmes delivered should be flexible and engage young people via innovative learning methods and will be tailored to suit the needs of the learner and small group.
