•Installation of a new Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting System throughout the entire school including connection to a central fire alarm panel, external ducting between buildings etc.•Fire upgrade works to provide cavity barriers in the attic spaces, fire protection to stores, fire doors, sub-division of the main corridor, attic hatches, new store, fitted storage units.•Access ramps and steps to all main areas of the buildings.•Replacement of the existing steps between the main school building and the lower school building. •Repair works to the natural slate roof including renewal of the ridge, all lead to the existing chimneys, verge trims, localized slate replacement. •Flat roof upgrade including, insulation, Trocal membrane and all associated trimmings.•Replacement of the low-pitched lean-to roof over the Staff Rm.•Quilt insulation to the attic of the main school building.
