Descriptions
The system will be used by contracting authorities across the Scottish public sector to conduct online sourcing and tendering activities including the issue and receipt of procurement documents. The system will also be used to evaluate tenders, conduct electronic auctions and undertake contract & supplier (vendor) management activity. All procurement activity undertaken via the e-tendering system will be aligned to best practice contained in the “Procurement Journey”.
