The Scottish Government Housing Regeneration and Welfare Directorate intends to reinstate the SSHTPI, a yardstick illustrating trends in tender costs of approved affordable housing projects throughout Scotland.A retrospective setting of base date from 2011/12 to the current date will be required. Thereafter, the successful applicant will be appointed to provide quarterly indices for an initial three year period with an option of a one year extension.NOTE: The buyer is using PCS-Tender to carry out this procurement process.
