Descriptions
2.1.1 The work packages ordered through the Agreement may include the categories shown in the following list. The successful tenderers will be expected to provide skills and expertise relevant to this list.(i) Compliance with PAS 55-1:2008 (Asset Management Specification for the optimized management of physical assets).(ii) Development of the Roads Asset Management Policy, Roads Asset Management Plan (RAMP) and Roads Asset Management Manual (RAMM).(iii) Alignment with Maintenance Contracts.(iv) Improvement to the Management of Information.(v) Development of a Performance Management Framework.(vi) Asset Lifecycle Development.(vii) Development of a Network Level Investment Decision Making Framework.(viii) Asset Maintenance and Improvement.(ix) Sustainability Framework and Decision Making Tool for use within Asset Management.(x) Carbon Management System; Capture, Recording and Auditing.(xi) Climate Change Adaptation Plan and Resilience Plan.(xii) Development of Network Level Risk Management.(xiii) Asset Value and Depreciation.(xiv) Organisational Improvement.(xv) Provision of direct support to asset management systems, processes and practices through seconded staff in the following roles:— Management Support;— Engineering/Technical Advice.
