The works includes the following:- Preliminaries, including but not limited to mobilisation, insurances, site compound, H&S, waste disposal etc.- Demolish existing historic RC parapet wall element and prepare existing wall surfaces/ remove loose materials- Prepare formation, underpinning and construction new wall foundation on seaward side of wall- New rock armour scour protection to toe- New RC re-curve wall and RC facing to seaward face of existing wall- De-mountable flood barrier at slipway ope- Reinstate pavement and integrate all drainage and existing services, including Irish Water service- Traffic management- Associated ancillary works
