Due to the appointment of the new HMCI, there are now a number of senior posts which will need recruiting to in 2024/25. A Direct Award via ESPO Strategic HR Services Framework (Lot 2 Executive and Managerial Permanent Recruitment) has been put in place for a 12 month contract (with option to extend for 12 months) to cover the following services: •Role plays (involving internal management scenarios and challenging stakeholders) •Presentation tasks •Written exercises •Psychometric tests •Group exercises •In-tray or scenario-based exercises •Interviews
