Sentinel Housing Association is a locally run housing association in north Hampshire consisting of approximately 200 employees managing a property portfolio of 8 500 homes, 3 400 garages, 20 shops as well as support services. Our homes range from town centre apartment blocks to rural cottages. Sentinel Housing Association is run by a board of 12 including public and private sector representatives as well as residents. Sentinel Housing Association are looking to set up a framework for architects. The framework is split into three lots including 0 up to 5 million, 3 million up to 10 milion and Over 8 million.
