This is a services concession framework agreement for delivery of a programme of housing energy efficiency retrofit activity across Greater Manchester. This programme will be focused in the domestic sector.It is anticipated that the date of commencement of the framework concession agreement will be from January 2014 (subject to change) to December 2017 with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years.As this project is new to the market, the level of spend identified is estimated and will be dependent on consumer demand.
