Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for the Service, Maintenance and Repair of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Plant.The contract will involve the contractor to undertake the following works:1. Service, Maintenance and Repair of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Plant.2. Carry out 24 hour Emergency Call out Services, 365 days per annum, with a 2 hour response time.3. Operational checks on all units ensuring humidity and controlled correctly4. Check the equipment for refrigeration gas leaks under the ""F"" Gas Regulations.5. Consequential repairs from servicing.6. Servicing and cleaning of associated equipment.7. Replacement of plant and equipment identified through the servicing including the design of same.The above works are to be carried out within the Borough of Sandwell:Public Buildings including, but not limited to:Schools; Leisure Centres; Office Accommodation; LibrariesThe approximate financial value of the works will be circa 350 000 GBP over a 3-year period and the contract period will be a maximum of 36 months with an option, dependant on performance and the discretion of the Authority of a further 12 months.The Authority does not guarantee this value.The Council are following the Restricted procedure for this procurement and the PQQ and related documents will be available to Applicants upon an expression of interest on the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.If you would like to apply for this contract, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
