Newport City Homes requirement under this Contract is for a Service Review Programme to start to embed a culture of performance across the business to ensure we continually question if we are working in the most effective and efficient way.The housing sector is on a trajectory of change and so is NCH. Recognising and understanding changing customer demand, the advances in technology, changes in our funding or income streams and possible new regulations coming into force are the key themes which prompted the CEO to instigate a business transformation programme (BTP) with the purpose of ensuring the business is fit for purpose and enabled to deliver on its 2020 Vision
