Service to identify adoptive parents.
Descriptions
This tender is to commission a Provider who will take the lead in identifying permanent, substitute parents for an indicative 14 (fourteen) children, currently within Council care, who may be single male or female child(ren) or a sibling group.The identified cohort of children have a current Placement or Freeing Order and have not been matched by Northumberland's internal Adoption Service. The adoptive parents would ideally be based with the Northern Region but may be located anywhere in the country.
