Our digital ecosystem is fundamental to our operational success, supporting our world-class teaching, research, and collaborative efforts with industry partners. ServiceNow is a mature and deeply embedded platform within the University's IT architecture, serving as a critical tool for IT Service Management, Operations, and Strategic Portfolio Management. Having utilised the platform for a number of years, we have streamlined key processes and improved service delivery across various departments. As we look to the future, our focus is on optimising our existing investment in ServiceNow. This tender process is initiated to secure a new licensing agreement that not only provides the best possible value for money for our current usage but also offers a clear, cost-effective path for future growth and the adoption of emerging technologies, including advanced AI capabilities. We are seeking a partner who understands the needs of a long-standing customer and can support our strategic objectives over the coming years.
