The Stakeholder and Communication Management Supplier shall provide resource(s) to undertake the following duties and complete the following deliverables associated with Stakeholder and communication management:— Leadership of engagement and presentation sessions with Internal/External Stakeholders.— Leadership of community engagement sessions with local communities and rail users.— Production of high quality stakeholder engagement materials in conjunction with the route communications team.— Liaison with the train operating companies' stakeholder and communications management teams to ensure that industry wide communication is joined up and consistent.— Assisting the Route communications team with the creation of press releases.— Management of a Network Rail web page and associated social media accounts through input to the Route communications team where relevant to ensure that current information around the project is readily promoted.
