NHS Brent, Ealing and West Clinical Commissioning Groups ('the CCGs') are seeking information from providers on the potential interest and capability of the market to deliver services as outlined in the draft specification to patients with HIV who have neuro-cognitive impairment. NHS Brent is acting as the lead commissioner for this service and a draft specification, Memorandum of Information (MOI) and questionnaire is attached to this advert. Integrating with current services commissioned by the commissioners for their respective patient populations including other health services, social care, voluntary and community resources). The CCGs' current intentions are to award a new contract for delivery of the service for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2. The total maximum potential contract value will be £1,600,000. Current plans are for a procurement process to commence during April 2017. The CCGs intend to take a decision on the route to award this contract based upon the responses to this market engagement advert. A lack of responses may be taken by the CCGs as evidence that a competitive process is not appropriate. ***PLEASE COMPLETE THE ATTACHED QUESTIONNAIREAND SEND YOUR RESPONSE TO alice_donovan1@nhs.net by midday, Thursday 23 March 2017.
