Cadw are looking to run illuminata, a son et lumiere, at Caerphilly Castle on 9th, 10th and 11th December 2011. We are looking for a suitable supplier to be able to set up, take out , and deliver the existing film onto the two towers of the Inner East Gatehouse and the Great Hall. The film is required to run each evening at 17:30 and 18:30.There will need to be a breakdown of costs into hire of equipment and services and the cost of the contract should be below £90k.
