Northumberland County Council ('The Council') is seeking to commission an experienced Provider in the provision of rehabilitation services to people with a visual impairment. This contract will undertake to provide an assessment and rehabilitation service, offering advice, training and emotional support and also a floating support service to named people within their own home, to people within Northumberland consistent with the UK Vision Strategy (2013).Please see the tender documentation available at www.nepoportal.org for full details.
