Northumberland County Council (‘The Council’) is seeking to commission an experienced Provider in the provision of rehabilitation services to people with a visual impairment. This contract will undertake to provide an assessment and rehabilitation service, offering advice, training and emotional support and also a floating support service to named people within their own home, to people within Northumberland consistent with the UK Vision Strategy (2013).
