The Trust requires servicing and maintenance shall be undertaken on a quarterly basis. For large premises, a quarterly service is typically recommended. Each detection/call point at the City Hospital is tested once annually. Testing is limited to different areas of the campus, with each area being tested each month to enable efficient delivery of the Services and minimise disruption by working around the various clinical teams Due to the size and complexity of the system, the testing takes two days per week to complete.
