Conwy County Borough Council has awarded the following contract.Servicing of AHUs, chillers, gas boilers & heaters and a one-off gas pressure test in non-domestic properties from April 2019 to March 2022.The county of Conwy covers a total of 1,126 sq km covering coastal and rural areas.The form of Contract for this commission will be main Option A, dispute resolution Option W1 and secondary Options X2, X17, X19, X20 and Z clauses of the NEC3 Term Service Contract April 2013. The Contract will last for three years from the agreed start date with an option to extend to a fourth year.
