SEStran 2035 Monitoring – Programmed Investment Plan

Descriptions

The primary aim of this study is to develop a Programmed Implementation Plan which will set out in detail strategic transportation interventions in the SEStran region over the next three years. The consultants will be required to deliver the following elements of work although full details of requirements are contained in the brief for the work. Development of a multi criteria assessment methodology/framework to identify which projects can be considered as having a regional impact. Engagement on a one-to-one basis with Stakeholders, project funders and delivery agencies to identify their projects/interventions and budget commitment for the next three-year budget period. A number of outputs will be produced whose aim will be to create and provide a clear understanding of the scale of investment in all modes of Regional Passenger Transport, along with multiple mapping layers to show the coverage across the region and identify potential gaps in regional facilities. SEStran require the ability to access, view and interrogate the data produced in the form of a GIS software package for a period of up to 12-months after the end of the contract. This can be via a GIS system (e.g ArcGIS Map Package or similar) or access to a web-based GIS platform.
