Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) across the South West

NHS England South (South West) as Lead Commissioner and the Office of Police and Crime Commissioners and Police as co-commissioners, jointly re-commissioned Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) services across the South West.This procurement was being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners. The Commissioner contracted for the services using the National NHS Standard Contract and will be for an initial duration of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years; services commence from 1.10.2018.The contract was split into 4 geographical lots:1) Avon and Somerset,2) Devon and Cornwall,3) Swindon fand Wiltshire,4) Gloucestershire.The total value of the service for all four lots, over 3 years will be 7 459 000 GBP, (including mobilisation costs in year 1). The total value including extension options will be 12 305 000 GBP.
