Sexual Health Services For Integrated Contraceptive and Sexual Health (Genitourinary Medicine) Service (all age) and Young People's Sexual Health Service (under 25). Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Blackpool Borough Council, Lancashire County Council (together referred to as Pan Lancashire) are mandated to provide comprehensive open access sexual health services. Each Authority is conducting its own separate procurement for these services and will therefore issue their own tenders.
