SOLAS has created its first People Strategy as a catalyst to transform our working environment and culture. We intend to create the conditions for our future organisation to thrive and achieve its goals. Our People Strategy recognises that the organisation’s key stakeholders are the learners that we support through policy and funding. Learner experience has to be at the heart of what we do. A focus on our employees’ experience and development will be critical, as the former cannot exist to its fullest potential without achieving excellence in the latter. We believe all colleagues in the organisation should take ownership of their delivery individually, and as a team to achieve organisational success. To realise these ambitions, we need to ensure the development of a people-centric culture where we can all contribute to achieving success of the SOLAS People Strategy 2020 to 2024. There are several elements to ensuring this achievement including the provision of a robust coaching service, access to team facilitation and the option to participate in personal assessment tools. SOLAS are seeking to procure these services under 3 separate lots.
