Descriptions
Conwy in collaboration with Denbighshire County Council have undertaken a procurement exercise in respect of shared lives services across the counties of Conwy and Denbighshire applicable for individuals with a varied range of needs. The successful Service Provider is PSS Wales who will work in partnership with both Councils to further develop the shared lives service across the two counties and promote independent living. The contract awarded will be for a duration of seven years with an option to extend further for a 3-year period.
