Mid & West Wales Fire & Rescue Service is currently planning a deployment of Microsoft SharePoint (2010) in order to improve a number of existing business processes. Consequently, the Service is now seeking some consultancy support from a Microsoft accredited supplier in order to specifically help with the following activities:· System Architecture Design – to identify the optimum SharePoint configuration commensurate with the needs of the organisation including software licensing and hardware requirements· Installation & Commissioning – to build and commission the SharePoint infrastructure using customer supplied hardware and software etc· Migration of Existing Business Systems – to support the migration of existing systems including Internet and Intranet websites on to the SharePoint platform exploiting the content management, collaboration and document management capabilities of the software integrating with third party applications where necessary· Training, General Consultancy & Support – to arrange SharePoint 2010 user training up to administrator level and general consultancy on future system developments with ongoing support for existing developments
