Sheffield City Region: Provision of Appraisal Support for SCR Transport Implementation Plans

The purpose of this commission is for SCR to secure additional support in the completion of the remaining Transport Implementation Plans. The SCR team will collate and prepare early drafts of the baseline information and collate partner contributions. The technical requirements of this brief are to: critically appraise the material in the draft Implementation Plans advising on where there are gaps or this could be strengthened; and, support the coherent organisation and argumentation of the implementation strategy including editing and drafting material in particular in sections concerning 'how' we shall undertake implementation. It is envisaged that this support would be provided by an experience expert or small team that would be based at the SCR offices for the majority of the commission in order that the Plans can be developed collaboratively with the SCR team.
