Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest for our tender SHG4. The replacement of domestic gas appliances and associated works. The works cover our 29000 domestic properties across the entire Sandwell Metropolitan Borough and primarily comprises of replacing domestic gas appliances (boilers, gas fires, gas cookers) and ancillary works. The contract also includes for replacing electric fires and the installation of individual radiators. The works may also include complete central heating installations due to a medical need for the tenant.
