The Irish Shows Association invites proposals from suitable independent companies to develop a new National Shows Management Software PlatformThe Online trading platform will provide shows nationwide with an opportunity to manage their events and interact with traders and exhibitors as per the specification outlined below.Key Objectives•Provide an umbrella solution for the deployment of online show management software for individual ISA show members & provide support to a Super Administrator & 10 proposed SuperUsers.•Considerably reduce the time that show organisers & secretaries spend in setting up and administering shows.•Migrate paper-based shows to online show management software.•Provide a user-friendly, responsive online platform for ISA members, Exhibitors, Trade Stands and Sponsors.•Allow Exhibitors, Trade Stands and Sponsors participating in multiple shows to save & reuse their information, without multiple data entry requirements.•Provide a website and agreed domain name to all shows using the system for marketing, registration and ticket access for end users.See attached specification for full details of minimum and desirable requirements of the system.
