SHQS Council Wide Doors and Windows Replacement

The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) Council Wide Doors & Windows Replacement with a number of suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers. The Works Packages to be carried out under this Framework Agreementt shall encompass the construction works of door and window replacement to multi storey properties, tenements, maisonettes, deck access, four in a block and two storey houses to bring the properties up to SHQS compliance related to door and window replacement. In addition, some essential repairs to the underlying fabric of the buildings may be required, on an ad-hoc basis, as identified by the Council. It is intended that the programme will be executed under a number of separate phases (that is, separate contracts); the number of phases has still to be determined.
