The SHSCT are seeking to appoint a design team to design and contract administer a project consisting of the extension of the existing main Craigavon Area hospital building within a courtyard area to provide an Ambulatory Care Unit of approx. 200 — 250 sq m floor area. The works will be carried out in a live, healthcare environment, and the works must be designed and phased as necessary to minimise disruption to the service.
