Descriptions

To provide a telephone service to Anglian Water employees to call for notification of a sickness absence 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. The supplier will then notify said employees line manager, HR and if applicable Occupational Health. The supplier will produce daily, weekly, monthly reporting based on Anglian Water absenteeism.
