Merseytravel are looking to procure a Single Party Framework agreement for the provision of secure printing of paper based tickets for use on a transport network. This includes a range of ticket types and formats which include the following requirements:— Scratch off dated tickets;— Sourcing and incorporation of holograms into tickets;— Peel off tickets;— Validation cards.Each ticket type has various layers of security features.Ideally, the successful bidder will provide the following services.1 Secure ticket printing/design amendment.2 Stock management or appropriate ticket levels.3 A stock management computerised system accessible to external staff.4 Distribution of packs of tickets to a range of retail outlets, mainly in the Merseyside region.However, Merseytravel will also consider alternative bids for just the secure printing element of this requirement.
