This Single-Operator Framework Agreement concerns the Supply and Distribution of single Office Chairs to approx. 800 residences across Leinster & the surrounding regions for Dublin City Council as part of its blended working programme for employees over the lifetime of the Framework.The initial contract requirement under the Framework will be for the supply & delivery of 400 office chairs.All chairs must be assembled by the supplier prior to their delivery to employee’s premises.Supply & Delivery costs must be included in suppliers Form of Tender price.Dublin City Council reserves the right to terminate this contract at its discretion with any supplier who fails to meet its Key Performance Indicator (KPI) / Delivery Schedule set out above. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a notification, either text or email to the employee on the day prior to delivery. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a 60-minute notification to the employee prior to delivery within which time they will deliver the chair.Dublin City Council will provide all contact details for delivery to the successful tenderer. Any personal data of Dublin City Council employees should be retained only as long as the supplier requires it for the purpose of fulfilling this contract, after which time it should be deleted by appropriate and secure methods.The successful tenderer will be required to obtain a signature from the employee confirming satisfactory receipt of assembled chair and must submit evidence of such receipt on a weekly basis to Dublin City Council. Any additional delivery costs that may arise outside of the Leinster region will be agreed with the successful tenderer as they arise.Please see attached documentation for further information.
