Single Point of Access Advocacy Services:The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (‘the Council’) has awarded a contract for the provision of a single point of access to Advocacy Services for adults. The aim is provide more coordinated and joined up provision of Advocacy services covering:— Care Act Advocacy,— Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA),— Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA),— NHS Complaints Advocacy,— Appropriate Adult,— Independent Advocacy (non-statutory advocacy),— Paid representatives for DoLS (verbal agreement).The Council has awarded the contract to the highest scoring Tenderer.The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
