Opportunities Fife is the partnership responsible for driving forward the employability and skills agenda on behalf of Fife's Community Planning Partners. The Opportunities Fife vision is:‘To enable the people of Fife to reach their full employment potential and contribute to a thriving Fife economy.'This activity is currently managed through the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) via the Opportunities Fife website.www.opportunitiesfife.orgThe Council is looking to enter into a Contract with a suitable supplier who can carry out tasks including but not limited to:1 Update the website to improve the customer experience and overcome capacity weakness and duplication of information.2 Post vacancies.3 Receive and process applications.4 Take calls.5 Maintain the employer database.6 Administer courses and campaigns.The site comprises of 7 tabs. This Contract is specifically to manage the “Jobs & placements” tab only. The other 6 tabs are managed by Opportunities Fife partnership.The SPOC will deliver important outcomes for clients across the whole employability pathway.
