Denbighshire County Council are looking to invest in quality and cost effective Performance Management and Portfolio, Project and Programme Management Solutions from a single supplier to assist with managing programmes and projects and service performance across the Authority, aligning organisational objectives to effectively deliver strategic and operational goals. The Authority will be looking to licence around 250 users, with both read only and read/write access. The system will provide the Authority with the ability to manage risks, milestones, cashable and non-cashable benefits and issues, in addition to the ability to create business plans comprising of indicators, measures, activities, and projects, where performance status can be categorised using a traffic light system. A reporting and query function within the system, as well as the ability to extract data from the system, is also necessary. The contract will be over a minimum term of 3 years, with the option of additional years subject to available funding.The Authority currently uses Prince2 form of Project Management so this would be preferable.If you are able to provide this software, please email procurement@denbighshire.gov.uk with a short description of your software by 27th July 2018.
