Single Supplier Framework for a Master Trust Pension Scheme on behalf of the employees of CIB's service delivery companies

The CIB currently funds and supports 22 Service Delivery Companies. The CIB wishes to appoint one provider to provide access to the 22 Service Delivery Companies to one multi-employer pension scheme. It is envisaged that this multi-employer pension scheme will be a master trust and it is hereafter referred to as the “Master Trust”, but other arrangements that provide a completely outsourced solution with all costs deducted from the fund and that meet all of the requirements set out below will also be considered.
