The Academy Trust seeks to appoint an organisation to act as project manager capable of guiding the Trust to enter into a development agreement and to procure and manage the construction of new buildings using the net income from the sale of surplus land which must be sufficient to pay for all costs in building and equipping a new sixth form centre together with additional catering and other facilities.
