Using St Josephs’ existing canteen area we require the provision of a sustainable (evolving process) healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to the school community at affordable prices. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider. St Joseph’s Tulla requires the provision of healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to students at affordable prices. A high quality, flexible and responsive service is required combined with continuous improvement and innovation for the 34 weeks of the year on which the school operates (School calendar will be issued to the successful tenderer). Users of the canteen will be mainly comprised from the student population but will include teaching and ancillary staff and authorized visitors to the school.
