The Authority is seeking to create a framework agreement which will enable itself and Other Contracting Authorities as named to procure and award a Concession Contract to utilise council owned assets (excluding street furniture lighting assets) as defined by the Authority's and Other Contracting Authority's specific asset register schedules for the deployment of Small Cell Equipment to support the enhancement of localised mobile coverage and to enable the delivery of commercial services associated with future Smart City Machine to Machine Connectivity and Initiatives.
