Descriptions

This tender is for provision of minor maintenance works and electrical services for projects up to the value of £25,000. This shall cover small electrical works of all types within the University, ranging from a single office small power, data and lighting installations to replacement of distribution boards, revised office layouts and replacement of data installations to the latest standards. Six suppliers shall be appointed a place on the University Framework, which shall run for up to 4 years, subject to satisfactory performance and annual review. Two supplier information days will be held on 15/05/2017 and 22/05/2017 and attendance shall be confirmed via In-Tend by 12/05 and 19/05/2017 respectively. We will allow for a maximum of two attendees per supplier and ask that you confirm your attendees wherever possible. Details of the locations of these sessions will be made available to those who confirm attendance. These sessions will provide guidance on the documentation to break down each section and explain what is required. We are conscious that this is a lengthy document, and we would not wish to unnecessarily deter excellent suppliers from bidding due to its size and complexity.
