Small Construction works required may include, but shall not be limited to, the following:, •General refurbishment of individual rooms i.e. paintwork, carpets/carpet tiles;, •General brickwork and repairs i.e. repairs following damage/ deterioration;, •Brickwork alterations and additions i.e. new walls, core drilling etc.;, •Design work to facilitate quotes;, •Control room and office fit outs for fixed benches and installation;, •All forms of Ironmongery design and installations;, •Installation of new glazing;, •Outbuildings and container fit outs/refurbishments;, •Repair, replacement or install of all types of fencing and gates;, •Roof and building cladding repairs;, •Supply and install of site signage and line painting; and, •Tarmac & concrete surfacing
