Descriptions
WYCA is seeking to appoint two suppliers for ITSO card production:— A key or lead supplier, that will undertake the majority of card production; and— A secondary supplier, who will act as business continuity in the event whereby the lead supplier may have technical or other issues that reduce or stop card production. The secondary supplier may be offered a steady stream of card production from time to time.The contract period will be for 3 years initially, with an option to extend for up to 2 more years.The ITSO card production bureaux must:— Meet all the technical requirements within the Specification;— Be a certified ITSO solution, using ITSO complaint messaging, and the Yorcard HOPS;— Allow data transfer to and from the CHASE CMS; and— Comply with Data Protection requirements.The system must be able to exchange data (both send and receive), to a detailed technical specification that will be agreed between the contracting bodies.
