Smarter Working Project: Internal Adaptations at Council HQ Lot 1 and Lot 2

The Smarter Working Project forms part of the Council’s strategy to introduce efficiencies into the operation of the services it provides from the Main Council Building in Llangefni and to improve the energy efficiency of the building. The contract will be split into Two Lots:Lot 1: General Building and Adaptation WorkLot 2: LED Lighting Installation and ReplacementLot 1 main components:•Re arrangement of the main reception to enable staff to deal with customers at the entrance to the building and remove the need for the public to circulate within the main building itself. This includes introduction of Interview Rooms, relocated reception desk, self-service PC’s and access control barriers.•Re arrangement of office spaces to provide a better working layout.
