SMARTPLY Europe DAC invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates for the provision of a catering service in the canteen area of the premises of SmartPly Europe, Belview, Slieverue, Via Waterford.The canteen in SmartPly Europe has a seating capacity for up to 50 people; it’s open on a daily basis, Monday to Sunday (inc. Bank Holidays) providing service between the hours of 9:00 am and 2.30pm. The expected menu should include breakfast, consisting of cooked breakfast items and options of scones, toast, etc. There is a daily requirement to provide a varying hot food option at lunch time along with choices of sandwiches, paninis, wraps, filled rolls, soup, salads, snacks. The lunch menu should also include a daily gluten free, vegetarian, and healthy eating option.On passing the Prequalification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage successful Candidates will be provided with more details regarding the above service requirements.
