The Wales Co-operative Centre’s Social Enterprise Support project is designed to support social enterprises with the potential to grow and employ people in the short term. The support is primarily provided face-to-face by experienced business advisors and through training.However, this support is not currently available to groups in the very early stages of setting up a social enterprise (pre-start) or those with little likelihood of taking on employees. To meet this need, the Centre would like to develop a suite of online resources which can be accessed by groups or individuals to help them reach a point where they would be eligible for face-to-face support or training.To facilitate this work, the Centre now requires the services of an organisation (the “Organisation”) to develop a website which will host these online resources.
