Denbighshire County Council potentially has a requirement for application software to monitor and manage its social media accounts over several channels including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, etc. Several service departments have such accounts and it is essential that any management software have the ability to have its own security to ensure that only authorised staff have access to each group of social media accounts. Groupings may including Leisure Services, Housing, Corporate accounts, etc. The software should report any mentions or interactions via social media, and allow Council staff to respond or react to those interactions from a single point.If you are able to provide this software, please email procurement@denbighshire.gov.uk with a short description of your software by 10th September 2018.
