Provision of 6-day per week services to:— maintain and improve recovery,— build self-confidence,— improve physical well-being,— improve social networks including educational attainment,— reduce dependence on mental health services.Counselling service to:— enhance quality of life and health gain,— enhanced perception and use of GPs,— improve appropriateness of referrals to linked services and agencies.Helpline and information service to optimise service access. Piloting of support to improve outcomes for A&E attenders experiencing mental health crisis with focus on proactive care in collaboration with clinical partners.
