Flintshire County Council are looking to replace their current in-house built Social Services finance computer system. The aim of this project is to research the market with a view to procure, implement and configure a fully functional financial billing and payment system. Our preference is for one system supporting the whole portfolio compared to several existing systems supporting this function. The system will provide all service areas such as residential care, domiciliary care, direct payments, fostering and adoption payments and financial assessments. Flintshire County Council use Civica Paris case management.
